The new Planes movie opened recently, so of course we went to go see it this weekend. The surprise? Lucy said it was her favorite Pixar movie ever!

Summer in Seattle: Day 22 = Sea Creatures!

Lu and mom explored the tide pools and found some amazing creatures.

Summer in Seattle: Day 22 = Marina Beach Park

Sunny summer skies + low tide = beach day! Lucy loved exploring the tide pools and seeing anemones, sea snails, and all sorts of creatures. Calvin made muddy messes and climbed the driftwood. Top it off with a picnic and you have a perfect summer day in Seattle.

Summer in Seattle: Day 21 = Grandma and Grandpa!

After church (the first meeting of the newly-combined Bellevue Ward--the old B1st and part of Woodridge), we packed up and went over the bridge to Grandma and Grandpa's house. An evening walk out at the jetty by the train tracks was our first adventure!
